I am stunned by the range and scope of your back catalogue. Came from a google to dl some library & funk and have spent the best part of a day here. Amazing blog and huge thanks for all the great music. Have noticed a few covers in that book I bought from Jonny Trunk! All the best!

Cool glad you enjoy! Its a bit of a team effort here - not just one person but a handful of contributors, all bringing their own unique style and taste.

I'm still amazed that these RSW and WARP 12s actually made it outside of the UK . I bought the first RSW 12 with my lunch money while I was in my last year of school in 1988 - That's a long time ago!
Without sounding overly sincere, I hope that the music is enjoyed by everyone who visits here, and encourages any visitors to dig out their own music and share with the global community.

1988 lunch money is pretty $erious!

Really happy to see RSW get some much deserved exposure.

Just as a small request - any chance of using something other than rapidshare as it's very difficult to grab both files without having to wait for 72 hrs or something stupid like that for us free(down)loaders :)

I just came across this release and wondering if you have it.

I had no clue of its existance!

Sonz of a Loop da Loop Era---Flowers In My Garden LP (1993)

(from the maker of the "Far Out" tune)

Yeah that was early Danny Breaks (Suburban Base) and it was all awesome. I've definitely never seen the LP though!

the jacket for biting my nails was my first exposure to Japanese manga art (the back of it anyway). Great post.

RSW is not easy to find. I was fortunately smart enough to buy most of the singles direcly from Mute records back in the day. Otherwise I may have never seen them here in the States. Thanks for posting these and saving me the time of ripping them.

Discogs disagrees about the Inspirals remix, and credits it to PK.

I seem to remember there were supposed to RSW remixes, but I don't think they ever materialised.
